Digital delivery and downloads

All products currently offered by How to Deal with Pain are digital downloads. No physical book or package will be posted, and there is no postal delivery charge.

1. What the first product includes

The Anti-Suicide Guide is one English-language PDF file of approximately 1.9 MB and 149 PDF pages. It includes six printable crisis plans and a fast-access support resource list. The cover displayed on the product page is the supplied front cover. A separate audiobook, printed edition or companion workbook is not included.

2. How delivery works

Shopify Digital Products is configured for automatic delivery after successful payment. A message containing a download link is sent to the email address entered with the order. Depending on the checkout display, a link may also appear on the order-status or thank-you page. The PDF is supplied through a download link rather than a promise of an email attachment.

The payment must complete before the file is released. An abandoned, failed or pending payment does not establish a paid entitlement. Automated messages can be delayed or filtered by email providers; no exact delivery time is guaranteed. Immediate supply is subject to any consent and cancellation requirements described in Refunds and cancellations.

3. If the email is missing

Check the email address on your confirmation, then your spam, junk and promotions folders. Search for your order or product title. If you still cannot find the link, email howtodealwithpain@gmail.com with the order number and purchasing email address. We may need reasonable proof of purchase before restoring access. Do not send your card number or account password.

4. Opening and printing

Download using a current browser and open the file in a compatible PDF reader. You need sufficient device storage. A printer is optional; select a suitable paper size and “fit to page” if you print the crisis plans. The supplied PDF is not represented as an interactive form or a professionally audited accessible edition. Contact us before purchase about particular access needs.

5. Your access and copies

Keep the link private and save a backup for your own use. Any access limit that applies to a product must be stated before purchase; this policy does not invent a download count or expiry date. If a technical limit blocks a legitimate purchase, contact us for help. Redistribution is governed by the digital content licence.

6. Help and remedies

Contact howtodealwithpain@gmail.com about delivery problems. Missing, corrupt or misdescribed files are handled under our refunds policy. Restoring a link does not replace any remedy required by law.
