Accessibility statement

Last updated: 25 October 2026

We want How to Deal with Pain to be usable by people with different access needs. We are improving the website and downloadable resources, and do not claim that a full independent accessibility audit has been completed.

Website approach

The custom theme uses readable text, labelled controls, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, reduced-motion support and layouts intended to adapt to smaller screens. Those design choices do not by themselves establish compliance with a particular standard.

Known limitations

The store is in preparation. Independent screen-reader and full keyboard testing are unfinished. The supplied PDF has not been verified as meeting a PDF accessibility standard. Reflow, reading order, screen-reader behaviour and editable form support must not be assumed. Some third-party checkout or privacy controls are operated by Shopify.

Ask for help or report a barrier

Email howtodealwithpain@gmail.com with the page or product name and the access issue. You can describe the format or adjustment that would help without giving a medical diagnosis. We will consider reasonable assistance and explain what we can provide. No particular alternative edition is included unless stated on the product page.

Review

We will update this statement as testing identifies and resolves issues. Technical compatibility and accessibility are separate from the general-information limitations of the content.
