What do I receive?
The Anti-Suicide Guide is an English-language PDF ebook with 149 PDF pages, including six printable crisis plans. It costs £6.99 GBP. No printed book, audiobook or separate workbook is included.
How do I receive the PDF?
After successful payment, Shopify Digital Products sends a download-link email to the address used for your order. Check your spam or junk folder if it is missing. The guide is supplied through a link, not a PDF email attachment. The download email was successfully sent in our test order; delivery times can vary.
What if my download does not work?
Email howtodealwithpain@gmail.com with your order number and purchasing email address. Do not send card details, passwords or completed crisis plans. Read Digital delivery for help.
Can I cancel or ask for a refund?
Your statutory rights remain protected. Immediate digital supply requires the applicable express consent and acknowledgement. Faulty or misdescribed content has separate remedies. Read Refunds and cancellations for the full explanation and cancellation form.
Can I print the crisis plans?
Yes. The personal licence allows personal printing and sharing crisis-plan pages with your own support circle. It does not permit uploading or reselling the whole ebook. See the digital content licence.
Are these guides medical treatment?
No. They offer general information and self-help reading. They do not replace professional care or provide an emergency service. Support is available without a purchase on our support page.
Are every guide and workbook available?
No. The Anti-Suicide Guide is our first prepared product. Other guides, workbooks and bundles are in preparation and cannot be bought until their contents, formats and prices are confirmed.
Do I need an account or marketing subscription?
No account or marketing subscription is required to buy. We need your email to send order and download messages. Marketing is a separate, optional choice.
Can I use a PDF reader on my phone?
Use a current browser to download the file and a compatible PDF reader to open it. A printer is optional. The PDF has not been independently audited for accessibility and is not described as an interactive form. Contact us before purchase about particular access needs.
